The story starts off by telling you about an ‘Illager’ who’s cast out by society. In his anger, he finds the ‘Orb of Dominance’, becomes the ‘Arch-Illager’ and begins his reign of terror. Ominous, right? In telling this story the game is humorous from the off and sets the tone for what is a very enjoyable game.

Just announced in a stealth-dropped YouTube video was the final major content update for Super Mario Maker 2. Included in this update, amongst other things, is the Power Balloon, made famous by Tubular from Super Mario World on the SNES. Rock of Ages 2, is probably the funniest game on Switch, the cut-scenes are laugh out loud hilarious. Before the start of each level in the main campaign, you are greeted to a very Monty Python-esque cut-scene. If you are after a game to make you laugh, Rock of Ages 2 will seriously not disappoint.
After the somewhat disappointing presentations from the other game publishers, Square Enix excluded, it was up to Nintendo to save E3 2019. Save it they absolutely did, in our opinion, they smashed (pun) it out of the park! Nintendo won E3 by a mile.

So we’ve finally had the first Nintendo Direct of the year. What a direct it was! Whilst there were some noticeable omissions, namely Metroid Prime Trilogy and a Nintendo Switch Online update, the direct was cram packed. It was nearly 40 minutes of non stop switch games.
We’ve finally had the announcement from that the first Nintendo Direct of 2019 will be tomorrow at 10pm UK time (2pm PT & 5PM ET).

A racing game with rockets and guns, what more could you want? Well as it turns out, a bit more than what GRIP currently offers unfortunately. GRIP is a fun game with a variety of different styles of races and cars to sink your teeth into. The experience however is just a little short of first place.
What’s the most important thing in a game? Some will say story, some will say game play, and some people will say the graphics. These are my thoughts as to why graphics in games aren’t all that important.
