The story starts off by telling you about an ‘Illager’ who’s cast out by society. In his anger, he finds the ‘Orb of Dominance’, becomes the ‘Arch-Illager’ and begins his reign of terror. Ominous, right? In telling this story the game is humorous from the off and sets the tone for what is a very enjoyable game.

Rock of Ages 2 Bigger and Boulder Review
Rock of Ages 2, is probably the funniest game on Switch, the cut-scenes are laugh out loud hilarious. Before the start of each level in the main campaign, you are greeted to a very Monty Python-esque cut-scene. If you are after a game to make you laugh, Rock of Ages 2 will seriously not disappoint.
Nintendo Won E3! Breath of the Wild 2!
After the somewhat disappointing presentations from the other game publishers, Square Enix excluded, it was up to Nintendo to save E3 2019. Save it they absolutely did, in our opinion, they smashed (pun) it out of the park! Nintendo won E3 by a mile.
Just announced as part of Microsoft’s E3 presentation is the new ‘Xbox Elite Wireless Controller 2’.Is it worth it at $179.99?
The people in this region seem to be hooked to their TVs watching Pokemon battles. Particularly those in Gyms. Gyms it seems are now the centre of attention, with massive crowds watching you win (or lose) against the Gym Leaders. Gyms are placed in special locations, to accommodate the size of the large Dynamaxed Pokemon

Feb 2019 Pokemon Direct – Our Verdict
We’ve finally had more details on the two games coming at the end of the year for Nintendo Switch. Pokemon Sword and Shield!
The worrying time that we are concerned with is the lack of a proper retro games service. When we first heard about Nintendo Switch Online we were told about the NES games coming and assumed that SNES and other consoles would follow.
Nintendo Direct – Our Verdict
So we’ve finally had the first Nintendo Direct of the year. What a direct it was! Whilst there were some noticeable omissions, namely Metroid Prime Trilogy and a Nintendo Switch Online update, the direct was cram packed. It was nearly 40 minutes of non stop switch games.

GRIP – Nintendo Switch Review
A racing game with rockets and guns, what more could you want? Well as it turns out, a bit more than what GRIP currently offers unfortunately. GRIP is a fun game with a variety of different styles of races and cars to sink your teeth into. The experience however is just a little short of first place.
GameThink: Graphics in games – Do they really matter?
What’s the most important thing in a game? Some will say story, some will say game play, and some people will say the graphics. These are my thoughts as to why graphics in games aren’t all that important.
